The latest progress on the upcoming “How to Draw Women: Female Heads” Course from HTDC… Yep, it’s still coming!
After some review, the course has been restructured to give you a much more informative and applicable volume of Comic Art training. Of course this meant a lot more work, and a significant delay in getting the course out there – but after playing back the latest recordings, it was without a doubt the right decision.
Learning how to draw the female head is a big deal and I want to make sure you have everything you need to succeed.
And as you can see from the screen grab, it’s shaping up to be one of the most comprehensive programs I’ve personally seen available on the topic.
I admit it’s been disheartening to delay the course this long – but now I’m so thankful I went back and put in the extra time. Not only is the content great, but I’ve come such a long way as a teacher and artist throughout the process.
And that's major progress in my book, even if it's not so easy to see.
Enjoy the preview pic – this particular chapter in the course covers the standard views of the female head – The Front, Side, ¾, Back ¾ and Back views. You’ll learn how to build a solid foundation for each one of the major angles, as well as how to place on and depict the facial features accurately. -Clayton
